Bonus points if you’re a makeup lover! Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Foster and help grow our community of followers on Instagram, TikTok, & Facebook.Respond to comments and DMs in a timely manner during work hours.Stay on top of social trends and content that drives high social engagement.Identify content creators, makeup artists and influencers for product seeding and brand partnerships.Manage placement and tracking of shipments for influencers, makeup artists and content creators.Maintain a detailed database of UGC collaborations to ensure partnership deadlines are met.Periodically check in on social on the weekends and respond to high-priority messages and comments, or repost content from influencers, UGC creators, & fans.Attend occasional influencer events in the greater Los Angeles area. Experience and Skills: Bachelor’s Degree1-3 years of experience in a community management or social media role.Socially literate and highly familiar with social platforms, especially Instagram and TikTok.Must have excellent communication & copy writing skills.A true team player with the ability to collaborate well.Detail-oriented demonstrating a thorough concern for all aspects of the project, no matter how small.Experience with content creation for Instagram and/or TikTok is a plus.Beauty and/or direct response industry experience is a plus.
